  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and protective materials must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

For hygiene reasons, earrings may be subject to additional inspection and may not be eligible if opened or used, depending on condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Jassims is not responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a return label is provided (in special cases), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

Refunds

Once your return is approved after inspection:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please:

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
